How ProcessModel Improves Processes
ProcessModel helps you improve a process the same way every time: capture the current process as a working model, run it to see how it really performs, and test changes safely before you commit to them.
Capture the current process quickly
Section titled “Capture the current process quickly”Describe the process in plain language and Build with AI drafts a working model for you. It removes unnecessary steps, adds the ones that were missing, and suggests starting times. You review what it proposes and apply it, or adjust it by hand.

See how it really performs
Section titled “See how it really performs”Run the model and ProcessModel records what happened: how long entities waited, how busy each resource was, and where cost built up. The results open in Smart Stats, with summary cards, an Impact Analysis that ranks the bottlenecks, and a Queue Diagnostics heatmap that shows where work piles up.
Get expert-level analysis
Section titled “Get expert-level analysis”AI Analysis reads your actual run results, explains the bottlenecks, flags inefficiencies, and recommends changes in priority order, so you know what to fix first.

Test changes before you commit
Section titled “Test changes before you commit”Simulation predicts how a change will perform before you make it for real. Change the model, run it again, and compare the current state against the future state side by side. Keep asking for the next opportunity until the numbers stop improving.
Bring stakeholders along
Section titled “Bring stakeholders along”A running model makes the case in a way a spreadsheet cannot. Show people why the process behaves as it does, and why one change works while another does not. When they understand the reasoning, they support the fix.

Quickly Define the Current State Model
Section titled “Quickly Define the Current State Model”Convert non-flowchart information into a model in seconds. ProcessModel AI uses AI to summarize information into an efficient model. It removes unnecessary steps, adds logically necessary steps, provides initial time estimates, and suggests the percentage likely to fall prey to exceptions. All of this is presented in a ready-to-use format.
Understand the Current Process
Section titled “Understand the Current Process”Building a model prompts you to ask questions and connect information you may not have fully understood before. Additionally, modeling reveals the critical timing needed for optimal performance. Finally, understanding how things work helps us develop solutions that address the actual problem.
AI Analysis Suggests Critical Changes
Section titled “AI Analysis Suggests Critical Changes”What if you could have top improvement experts review your model, analyze the output, and recommend changes prioritized by importance, with the sole goal of improving your system? Convince Gatekeepers
Section titled “Convince Gatekeepers”Show stakeholders why the current process performs as designed. Then, involve others in understanding why specific changes succeed while others don’t. When they grasp the reasoning, they’re more likely to support the best solution.
