ProcessModel, Inc. is a leading provider of process improvement solutions, established in 1999 by President and CEO Scott Baird. From the start, the idea was to give process leaders a way to see how work truly flows and to test a change safely before it ever reaches the floor.
The thesis has held for over two decades. A process is more than a list of steps.
