Batching the Remainder of the Order

Complete the order by batching the remaining quantity of the order.
Where to Find the Model Object
Section titled “Where to Find the Model Object”The following Model Object will be used to import healthcare arrivals and other data into ProcessModel;
- Flow Control - Hold Tote until Contents Removed.
How to Use the Model Object
Section titled “How to Use the Model Object”- Open your model.
- Insert this model object in your model.
- Connect incoming route to the activity ‘Tote to Unload’.
- Connect outgoing route to activity ‘Load Grate’.
- Make sure that you a providing a value for the attributes ‘a_QtyInTote’ for the quantity in each tote and ‘a_GreateBatchSize’.
