Supported versions and end of life
Every ProcessModel 5.x release has reached end of life. Version 6.0 and later are current and fully supported. Here is what that means, and how to move to the latest release.
End of life
The version has reached the end of its development and support cycle. It no longer receives security updates, feature updates, or upgrades, and new licenses are not issued for it.
End of support
We no longer provide technical support, patches, or compatibility fixes for these versions. Documentation is kept for reference.
What it means for you
Your models still open in the current release. Moving to the latest ProcessModel gives you Build with AI, Output Report, and ongoing support, and upgrading from an older version you are eligible for a discount.
