What healthcare professionals say about ProcessModel
At Providence Health and Services (Oregon), our journey started several years ago with a different simulation package, one that was flashy, cost considerably more but ended up not working so well. Once we discovered ProcessModel, we knew we had the right package! The package itself is powerful and affordable. The inclusion of SimRunner is invaluable. Having a great software package though is only as good as the support model backing it up and ProcessModel’s customer support is top notch! They don’t waste your time with the typical Tier 1 questions we all encounter. Instead, they dive right in to understanding the problem followed by solution mode. And response time, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for support to contact me. For us, ProcessModel is the package we will stick with long term!
The product itself is outstanding, the support is great, and the training is awesome. Nationwide Insurance has saved millions using this tool.
I love ProcessModel and I already can envision so many applications in my current work.
I’m really impressed with how well this course was taught. I learned a great deal.
Thank you so much for an extremely interesting (full of real world examples) and challenging (how to use the software) course.
We are using ProcessModel for modeling the order management process. The tool enables us to model current processes, looking at the resource utilization and the overall process. By removing the manual process we could project how to free up resources, to allow them to participate in revenue generating sales activities. The model was crucial in our project planning and process redesign efforts.
